Zidane forgets PSG clash and goes all guns blazing in the league
Real Madrid have announced its squad for their home La Liga fixture against Real Sociedad on Saturday evening.
Zinedine Zidane has left nothing to chance in the league as he has named an almost full-strength squad for Madrid's game against Real Sociedad at the Bernabeu.
Despite the Champions League clash against Paris Saint Germain being only four days away, the acclaimed 'BBC' of Karim Benzema, Gareth Bale and Cristiano Ronaldo will feature this weekend with Lucas Vasquez the only other option up front.
Although with Dani Carvajal set to miss the Round-of-16 tie, Nacho could only feature on the bench as he looks set to be the 'chosen one' to mark Neymar on Wednesday.
Zidane has been given no choice not to include his best players against Sociedad as 'Los Blancos' must secure their position in the Champions League qualification places. Currently they are fourth with 39 points, but fifth-placed Valencia are only two points behind although they have played a game more.
The 19 players included in the squad are:
Goalkeepers: Kaylor Navas, Kiko Casilla and Luca Zidane
Defenders: Dani Carvajal, Sergio Ramos, Raphael Varane, Nacho, Marcelo and Achraf Hakimi.
Midfielders: Toni Kroos, Luka Modric, Casemiro, Marco Asensio, Isco and Mateo Kovacic.
Forwards: Cristiano Ronaldo, Karim Benzema, Gareth Bale and Lucas Vazquez.
