Yet another roadblock for Umtiti: he's come back injured
Barcelona have returned to training with a bit of bad news. The Frenchman is injured yet again, and his injury's evolution could affect his availability for when games restart.
Bad news for Barcelona. Samuel Umtiti, in the first days of the return to the training, has injured the soleus of the right leg, as the club reported.
The Frenchman, who has had a long history of injuries in the last seasons, will not be able to be available for training in the few session.
"Its evolution will mark the availability for the next training", said the official statement.
Physical problems have weighed down Samuel Umtiti's last few seasons at Barcelona. His knee pains have prohibited him from maintaining prominence, with his spot going to Lenglet more often than not.
His current injury, in the soleus, has been a frequent one this season. Players like Marcelo, Semedo, and Messi have also suffered from it.
