Barcelona will play in their first friendly of their USA tour without Xavi Hernandez, who was unable to travel with the Barcelona team on the weekend and will not arrive in time for the Inter Miami match.
Xavi will finally be unavailable for the match against Inter Miami. Barcelona will not count on the Catalan coach because of burocratic issues which prevented him from travelling with the rest of the team on Saturday.
According to 'Sport', Xavi will not arrive in time for the first friendly of Barcelona's North American tour. They will face Inter Miami on Tuesday night (02:00 CEST on Wednesday) at the DRV PNK stadium.
The Barcelona coach was unable to travel on Tuesday morning and, therefore, his arrival on USA soil will be delayed a little longer because of the ESTA visa which he needs after having visited Iran three times as an Al-Sadd player.
Therefore, Oscar Hernandez will be the man in charge of Barcelona for the Inter Miami. Right now, as reported by those in Barcelona, it is not known when Xavi will arrive in Miami.
Xavi will have to wait a little longer to get to meet his new signing Lewandowski, who has already made his first comments. The coach could be in the USA in time for the pre-season 'El Clasico' in Las Vegas.
