Inter Milan's victory on Sunday means that we now know all the teams that have directly qualified for the next season's Champions League, and we can therefore see who will be in each pot in the draw.

As usual, there will be four pots to pick from during the draw, each one made up of eight teams. Pot 1 will be made up of the so-called 'champions', while Pot 4 will contain the the teams with the worst UEFA rankings, which are calculated on the basis of European participation during recent years.

The first pot, to which either Real Madrid or Liverpool will be added depending on who wins in Kiev, will be made up of Barcelona, Juventus, Manchester City, PSG, Bayern Munich and Lokomotiv Moscow.

If Real lose, they will join Pot 2, whereas if Liverpool lose, they will go into Pot 3. Furthermore, a Real win would put Tottenham up into Pot 2, where they would join Borussia Dortmund, Porto, Manchester United, Napoli and Shakhtar Donetsk.

The third pot will be made up of Schalke 04, Roma, Lyon, Monaco and CSKA Moscow, while the fourth will feature Valencia, Inter Milan, Viktoria Plzen, Galatasaray, Club Brugge and Hoffenheim.

The rest of the seeding will be decided based on who makes it through qualifying prior to the start of next season.
