West Ham's game against Burnley at the London Stadium on Saturday quickly went from bad to worse for the home side as they went behind before a number of fans took to the pitch to demonstrate their frustration with the management of the club and recent results.

The incident took place in the second half of the game. Ashley Barnes gave Sean Dyche's men the lead with 66 minutes played. That led to a pitch invader, who was promptly apprehended by Mark Noble.

However, that was only the beginning. Chris Wood doubled Burnley's lead shortly afterwards leading to a rousing rendition of "sack the board" form the home fans and yet another incursion onto the pitch.

This time, the angry fan was carrying one of the corner flags.

Wood scored again late on to condemn the 'Hammers' to a crushing defeat which leaves them just three points outside the relegation zone with just eight games of the season remaining.

The fans are furious with the management of the club by co-chairmen David Gold and David Sullivan, with many belioeving the duo to have "destroyed our club".
