Chelsea claimed their third consecutive win after beating Leicester 1-3 at the King Power Stadium. Kai Havertz was one of the scorers of the match and spoke to his club's press to express his happiness.
Chelsea beat Leicester 1-3 to claim their third win in a row after a run of poor results. Goals scored by Chilwell, Havertz and Kovacic gave them the victory.
Kai Havertz scored in first-half stoppage time to give his team a lead before half-time. The 23-year-old also netted in the Champions League match against Borussia Dortmund.
The German midfielder is very happy with his performances and his team's comeback in the last few games: "To win three games in a row is important for us because we had a tough time before that. We are improving with each game though and now we must continue in this way.
"We’ve had a lot of players come in and we knew it was going to take some time to time to adapt for everyone. So maybe, you could see that we are still not finished. It will take always time to develop. Scoring in the past few games is a great feeling but the most important thing is helping the team get the victory and hopefully we can push forward now," he concluded.
