VIDEO: Wendel's first day at Zenit
Zenit's new recruit Wendel has arrived in St. Petersburg and spent his first day at the Zenit facilities, meeting his teammates and attending his first team training.
Wendel moved to Zenit St Petersburg this summer from Sporting Lisbon for 20.3 million euros.
The 23 year-old midfielder began his career at Fluminense before moving to Sporting Lisbon during the 2017/18 season. After making four appearances in that campaign, he became a regular for the next two seasons. He made 77 appearances, scored seven goals and got as many assists.
