The Frenchman spent five seasons at RB Leipzig, spanning between 2016 and 2021. In that time, the 22-year-old scored a total of four goals, although it were his contributions at the back that were crucial. His performances earned him a 40 million euros move to the German champions, who will go in defence of their eleventh straight title.
Bayern's pre-season gets underway against Koln on July 17, before their first match of the Bundesliga against Gladbach on August 13.
