VIDEO: Ulsan remain top after derby win over Pohang

Second half goals from Bjørn Johnsen and Kim In-Sung saw Ulsan defeat East Coast derby rivals Pohang Steelers 2-0 to maintain a one point lead over Jeonbuk in the 2020 K League title race.

Matchday 16 of the K-League continued on Saturday as Ulsan Hyundai faced Pohang at the Ulsan Munsu Football Stadium. 

The first half was goalless before the home side took the lead after 54 minutes through Kim In-Sung. Two minutes later Bjorn Johnsen doubled Ulsan's advantage and Pohang were unable to respond. Brazilian striker Junior Negao came on in the 75th minute, but did not score in his 15 minutes on the pitch. Check out the match highlights in the video above!

Ulsan are top of the table on 39 points while Pohang are in 4th on 25 points. Ulsan's next match is away to Seongnam a week on Sunday while Pohang are away to Busan the day before.
