Eight matches were played out in Russia's top division last weekend, as the teams competed on matchday 29 of the domestic season.
On Friday night, Sochi and Nizhny Novgorod kicked of the weekend's action with a 0-0 draw. On Saturday, Ufa beat Tula 2-1, Rostov beat Khimiki by the same scoreline, Lokomotiv drew 3-3 with Dinamo in a Moscow derby, and Grozny beat Sovetov 1-0. On Sunday, Ural Yekaterinburg beat Rubin Kazán 3-0, Spartak drew 1-1 with Zenit, and Krasnodar beat CSKA 1-0.
