Palmeiras won the first leg of the CONMEBOL Super Cup 1-2 away to Defensa y Justicia.
Palmeiras travelled to Argentina to face Defensa y Justicia in the CONMEBOL Super Cup last Wednesday night.
The Copa Libertadores winners took the lead through Rony on 16 minutes, but Defensa y Justicia, who won the Copa Sudamericana, levelled through Braian Romeron on 58 minutes.
