Unai Emery said Villarreal’s UEFA Champions League quarter-final second leg at Bayern Munich will be very demanding. The Spanish coach said his team should not be satisfied with having reached this stage of the tournament, adding that their objective is to go through. Villarreal won 1-0 in the first leg.
Villarreal take a trip to the Allianz Arena on Tuesday. They will face Bayern in the second leg of their Champions League quarter final tie.
Emery's men go into the match one goal to the good in terms of aggregate. In the first leg, the Yellow Submarine produced a stellar performance in front of the home fans. Arnaut Danjuma scored the only goal of the game after just 8 minutes. Villarreal's performance warranted at least another goal that night but it was not to be.
