Júnior Negão's 22nd goal of the 2020 K League season earned a valuable 1-1 draw for Ulsan at home against Gwangju FC. The result saw the Horangi extend their league at the top of standings to five points over Jeonbuk Motors after 19 rounds.
Matchday 19 of the K-League continued on Saturday as Ulsan faced Gwangju at the Ulsan Munsu Football Stadium.
The away side took the lead halfway through the first period when Willyan scored. Ulsan levelled on the hour mark though through the free scoring Brazilian Junior Negao. The Gwangju goalscorer saw a straight red card 18 minutes from the end of the game, but there were no more goals and the points were shared. Watch the highlights in the video above!
The draw meant Ulsan extended their lead at the top to five as they are on 46 points while Gwangju are in 7th on 21 points. Ulsan host Daegu on Saturday while Gwangju faced second placed Jeonbuk.
