Pierre Emerick-Aubameyang did not start aganst Slavia Prague in a 1-1 draw on Thursday and the Arsenal coach defended the decision.
Arsenal hosted Slavia Prague in a Europa League quarter-final first leg on Thursday.
The match was goalless for 86 minutes until Nicolas Pepe made it 1-0 for the Gunners. However, Arsenal suffered a major setback when Tomas Holes got a vital away goal for Slavia in the 93rd minute.
Aubameyang only started on the bench for Arsenal and came in the 78th minute for Lacazette. Mikel Arteta defended his decision after the game and you can listen to what he had to say in the video above!
