On 1st May, AC Milan hosted Fiorentina at the San Siro for an all important Serie A clash. The hosts came out the victors that day after winning by a single goal.
Both teams marked the same number of shots on target during the 90 minutes. They hit the target just two times each. However, it was Milan that made one of theirs count when Portuguese winger, Rafael Leao netted with just eight minutes left to play. Take a look at his goal in the video here!
With one game left of the season to play, AC Milan top the table with 83 points. The title race is going to go down the wire as city rivals, Inter, are just two points behind them.
