Inter scored twice in the final three minutes to beat Fiorentina 4-3 in September. Romelu Lukaku and Danilo D'Ambrosio produced the dramatic late turnaround after Lautaro Martinez and an own goal had earlier found the net for Inter.

Kouame gave Fiorentina an early lead, but Lautaro Martinez levelled right on half-time. A Ceccherrini own goal put Inter ahead, but in the 57th minute, Fiore equalised through Castrovilli. Chiesa put Fiorentina back in front with 27 minutes left, but two goals in the final three minutes of normal time from Lukaku and D'Ambrosio gave Inter a 4-3 victory.
