VIDEO: Cesinha named K-League MVP for matchday eight
The K League have named Daegu's Brazilian star Cesinha as MVP for round eight after he scored, not one, but two stunning goals in a 3-1 win against Suwon Bluewings.
Cesinha was given the MVP award for matchday eight in the K-League after his hand in Daegu's win over Suwon Bluewings last Sunday.
After Suwon took a first half lead, the Brazilian scored two brilliant goals in the 75th and 77th minutes to put Daegu 2-1 ahead. Damjanovic then made sure of the three points in stoppage time, but Cesinha's two goals were key to Daegu getting the victory.
Daegu are now in fifth place on 13 points, eight points off leaders Jeonbuk. Watch his brace versus Suwon in the video above!
