Varane forced off with a blow to the head
Raphael Varane had to be substituted in the 25th minute for Real Madrid after receiving a nasty blow to the head from Eibar's Kike Garcia.
Following their heroics against Paris Saint-Germain in the Champions League midweek, Real Madrid faced Eibar in La Liga but were dealt a blow in the first half.
Varane jumped up for a ball with Eibar's Garcia and their heads collided. Both players ended up with cuts to their head but the Madrid defender came off worse.
