Barcelona manager Ernesto Valverde is taking nothing for granted ahead of tonight's game against Celta Vigo in the Copa del Rey and looks set to field a strong side against the Galician outfit.

Barca are determined to maintain their stranglehold on Spanish domestic football by advancing in the cup. With that in mind, the Catalans look set to break the habit of a lifetime and play a full-strength side in tonight's encounter.

Both Lionel Messi and Luis Suarez are expected to start the game, with Barca expected to go at it hammer and tongs, despite being in the box seat thanks to an away goal scored in the first leg, with that game finishing 1-1 at the Estadio de Balaidos.

Valverde is looking to avoid the threat of a 'cupset' or extra time and will thus send his stars unto the breach once more against a Celta side that unceremoniously dumped Real Madrid out of the competition last season.

Despite only drawing the first leg, Barca's fans will have big expectations on home turf, whilst Valverde will be hoping he can maintain his side's momentum against a side who have struggled for form in the League this campaign.
