Manchester United's chances of signing Inter Milan's Croatian attacker Ivan Perisic have taken a significant blow.

New Inter boss Luciano Spalletti is reportedly keen to keep hold of the winger this summer and as such he is no longer for sale, according to reports in Italy.

'Corriere dello Sport' reports that United retain their interest in the Croatian international but that he is simply no longer available for transfer.

Jurgen Klopp famously questioned the 28-year-old's attitude when they worked together at Borussia Dortmund.

It appears that despite the pressure Inter are under to comply with financial fair play rules, they will not be letting Perisic go this summer.
