According to De Telegraaf, the Premier League club are preparing to launch a whopping €70 million bid for Everton star Lukaku this summer.
Since the Dutchman's arrival in 2014, United have made several big money signings and they are planning another big one this summer.
Lukaku has scored 18 goals in 30 Premier League appearances so far this season.
