United back in the hunt for Bale...and Isco
According to reports in England, Manchester United continue to consider various Real Madrid players in the hope of strengthening their squad in the summer window. Bale and Isco are the favourites.
Gareth Bale is back on Manchester United's radar and, this time, he is joined by Isco Alarcón, who isn't getting as much game time as he would like, according to reports from the 'Daily Star' yesterday.
United want to capitalise on the Welsh forward's lack of consistency, and the lack of opportunities handed to the former Malaga man, offering them irresistible contracts to bring them directly to England.
The newspaper also claims that United want to take advantage of the instability which surrounds the Bernabéu at the moment, adding that Isco has been frustrated by his struggle to establish himself as a member of Madrid's first XI.
But Real Madrid will not be so keen to let their two stars go, as Zidane himself explained during his press conference, where he made it clear that he wants Isco to remain at the Bernabéu.
Bale and Isco, for their part, want to carry on putting on the white jersey for another season, despite Manchester United's persistence.
