Tottenham offer Atletico Madrid's Saul Niguez HUGE contract
The north London club want to bring in one of La Liga's hottest players in as their best-paid player ever
Repots in Spain have claimed that Tottenham have offered Atletico Madrid midfielder Saul Niguez a mouth-watering contract to try and lure him to White Heart Lane.
The 21-year-old is one of the most promising talents in world football, so Tottenham are willing to put their financial backing to good use and offer the player a wage of £6million a year after tax.
However, the Spaniard has a £36m release clause in his contract that he signed last summer and Atletico are set to increase that and offer the player a new long-term contract to try and keep him at the club.
Will the huge amounts of money involved and the fact that Tottenham can now offer the player Champions League football be enough to convince him to make the move?
