Tottenham and PSG want gem that made PSG suffer

'Sky Sports' informed that Guirassy interests two teams from London. Chelsea and Tottenham, to be precise, have the 23-year-old player on their agenda.
Guirassy's contract at Amiens runs out in June 2022. According to the aforementioned source, the French side could let the forward leave for 20 million euros.
Both Tottenham and Chelsea join West Ham, another London side, in the fight to convince Guirassy and to sign the Amiens striker.
Guirassy is in his 2nd season at Amiens. This season he has scored 8 goals and got 2 assists in 22 matches.
