"We are working because it is necessary for players to leave, especially those who do not count for the coach," said Barcelona's sporting vice-president.
On the other hand, he also referred to past moves: "There have been contracts that for me were really irresponsible. We have put a stop to contracts that will never happen again at the club.
With regard to the coach's renewal, he commented that Xavi, for the moment, does not want to talk about his future. "He has asked us to finish with the registrations of the first team players first. He is a club man, he knows what is most important," he said.
