Danish player Bruun Larsen has tested positive for coronavirus, and German club Hoffenheim now have to follow public health protocols. He is the third player to test positive at the club after Andrej Kramaric and Kasim Adams.

TSG Hoffenheim will be missing Brunn Larsen for the foreseeable future. The Dane tested positive for COVID-19 and becomes the third player at the club to record a positive result.

Previously, Kramaric and Adams also contracted the virus after representing their national teams and were forced to quarantine from their teammates.

The club announced on Saturday that Larsen is asymptomatic and doing well.

As a result, the Dane missed the game against Wolfsburg, when his team lost 2-1 and found themselves sitting 13th in the Bundesliga, just four points off relegation.
