The English press are angry with something which happened in Leo Messi great free-kcik in the semi-finals of the Champions League. According to 'The Sun', the Argentine took the ball five yards (4.5m) further forward from the spot of the foul in the 3-0 goal at the Camp Nou.

Leo Messi has won plenty of praise after the victory against Liverpool, with his free-kick being considered one of the greatest because of the importance of it and the quality of the strike.

However, in England they are angry with the Argentine and say the free-kick was clearly taken from the wrong place. It was taken five yards (4.5m) further forward from where Fabinho committed the foul.

The British tabloid says that Messi moved the ball into a much more favourable position and thanks to that and his talent, he managed to beat Alisson

Although nobody takes anything away from the difficulty of the goal which was from more than 25 metres away, the English press highlighted Liverpool fans' indignation with the goal which could be key in the tie.

Liverpool are preparing for Barca's trip to Anfield this Tuesday where Klopp's men will have to recover and try and pull off a spectacular comeback from 3-0 down. Before that, they face Newcastle on Saturday
