Actors Ryan Reynolds and Rob McElhenney became the owners of Wrexham AFC some months ago. They play in the fifth tier of the English footballing pyramid and they have TikTok as their shirt sponsor for this season.

The famous actor Ryan Reynolds has taken the purchase of Wrexham AFC very seriously. They play in the fifth tier of English football and he recently became the club's owner together with Rob McElhenney.

"I'm very grateful. Everything we discovered about the club was more extraordinary and interesting than what we could have ever imagined," Reynolds recently told an English media outlet.

Now, Wrexham are looking to get promoted to the EFL, especially after it was confirmed that TikTok will appear on the front of the club's shirts this season. A notable economic reinforcement.

It is an agreement that does not usually happen to clubs at Wrexham's level. Reynolds and McElhenney's presence was key to helping the team to increase its media exposure.

"I'm proud to say it was never a joke. We take the growth and construction of Wrexham AFC and the Wrexham community very seriously," Reynolds added.

Phil Parkinson is the coach chosen for this campaign and the star signing is Paul Mullin, who was the top scorer in League Two last season. He scored 34 goals for Cambridge United, who ended up getting promoted, but he has decided to drop down a division to play for Wrexham.
