The season ended and we want to try to analyse the three best and the three worst coaches of the season.

The best managers

Zidane knew how to get the best out of his team Real Madrid. What he achieved with Cristiano Ronaldo, Modric, Kroos and others resulted in them playing freshly from the months of April to May to win La Liga with 93 points. Zidane's work was rewarded with a title, the first since the 2011/2012 season .

Mendilibar also deserves to be names as one of the best trainers of the season. Eibar's coach was able to construct a competitive team. Eibar finished in the 10th position with 54 points.

Alaves is also a team which surprised during the season. Pellegrino took the responsibility to avoid relegation. Without any doubt, the season was perfect. Alaves reached the Copa del Rey final. They finished the season in the 9th position with 55 points. With a template of young players loaned by big clubs like Marcos Llorene or Theo Hernandez, Alaves have enjoyed a fantastic season.

The worst managers

The situation of Valencia could not be worse. The club had to change coaches 3 times. Ayesteran started the season very badly, as they lost the first 4 games. Then Prandelli came, but he was not able to turn things around. After 8 games, Valencia had only achieved 6 points. Again, the coach changed, and Voro managed to slightly improve the team to avoid relegation.

Abelardo is another name which should be mentioned. The Asturian did not find solutions and he was fired in the first half of LaLiga.

Finally, Alcaraz has a poor baggage, in this case with Granada. The Granadian arrived on the 3th of october instead of Paco Jemez. Alcaraz could not satisfy the expectations. Until the 31st round, Alcaraz only managed 18 out of 72 possible points. In the end, Granada were relegated to the second Spanish league.
