After more than half of CSL teams were accused of not paying their players correctly, we take a look at the players who have been affected.

Paulinho (Guangzhou Evergrande)

In 2015, the midfielder swapped Tottenham for Guangzhou for a fee of €14m. Now, with interest from Barcelona he'll no doubt be reassessing his situation.

Carlos Tévez (Shangai Shenhua)

Boca dream of bringing the Argentine home to help with their Copa Libertadores push. The striker briefly became the highest paid player in the world, earning €380,000 but money isn't everything.

Jackson Martínez (Guangzhou Evergrande)

His poor form following his move to Atletico put him into a downward spiral that ended with him arriving in China. His value is now fixed at just €5m.

Ramires (Jiangsu Suning)

Ramires arrived in Chine in January 2016 for a fee of €33m. However, given the player's continued good form, he wouldn't be short of offers to return to Europe.

Hulk (Shanghai SIPG)

He joined Shanghai in 2016 for €55m, signing a contract worth around €20m but the Brazilian seems to be easily distracted by off-the-field problems.

Oscar (Shanghai SIPG)

One of the players who could easily return to a European club, Oscar has the highest market value of any China-based player.

Ezequiel Lavezzi (Habei China Fortune)

His move to Pellegrini's Habei Fortune made him the highest paid player in world football, earning around €53m over two years. Though at 32, the player's best days are behind him.
