Switzerland v Spain was in doubt due to 2 positive results
According to the Swiss FA, the match with Spain was in the air just a few hours before the start of the match because of two positive cases in the Swiss side.
The coronavirus could have caused Switzerland versus Spain to be postponed. The Swiss FA said in a statement this Saturday that they detected two positive cases.
The player infected is the defender Widmer. He was almost certainly going to be in the starting XI for the match. A fitness trainer has also tested positive.
As a result of the cases, the whole team have had to have quick tests at about 14:00 CET and they have all come back negative.
That means the UEFA Nations League clash will go ahead as planned after being in doubt for a few hours.
