After the final whistle of the World Cup play-off in Milan, the Sweden players, ecstatic after securing World Cup qualification, headed towards the Swedish television set to celebrate with them. The scenes were so great that the whole desk ended up being completely destroyed!
Italy will not go to the World Cup for the first time in 60 years after they were defeated 1-0 on aggregate by Sweden.
However, heartbreak for the Azzurri means ecstacy for Sweden and that ecstacy can be seen in all it's glory as the players headed to celebrate with the TV representatives from their own country.
The slightly over-zealous celebrations ended up in the desk used for the set being completely destroyed! I'm sure no one back home minds though...
