Swansea boss Paul Clement wants more signings
Paul Clement is on the search for more signings, and he wants players in addtition to new signed player Sam Clucas.
Clucas will become Swansea's 10th summer signing, but only the first since receiving a record fee for Icelandic midfielder Gylfi Sigurdsson.
Swansea boss Clement is impressed by Clucas' versatility, and he is is trying to sign more players before the transfer window closes on August 31.
"He is a good footballer and that is what we want here," he added. "The fact he can play in so many positions reinforces that he is a good footballer. He has experience, he has played at the Premier League level and playing in English football, I also like his story and his background", Clement said.
"He has had a medical today. I don't believe the paperwork has been signed yet but it is very close to being done and assuming that happens tomorrow he will be a Swansea player", he added.
