Real Madrid boss Zinedine Zidane has been named the French Manager of the Year by 'France Football' and in an intriguing interview with the publication, the Real manager made his desire to prove his worth clear for all to see.

In a brief preview of the interview, which will be released in full tomorrow by 'France Football', Zidane gave some interesting answers, particularly when it was suggested that he is under pressure...

"I have prepared myself well, for complication situations as well. I want to show that I'm also a good manager in the more difficult moments," Zidane told the magazine.

The Frenchman was also quick to remind readers that he has no intention of changing his approach. "I doesn't surprise me when things don't go so well. I know how to react. Right now, there is danger, but I'm not going to change," he insisted.

Zidane is clearly going to stick by his philosophy, come what may, despite his side's lack of form of late.

Real have struggled in the league this season and currently trail La Liga pacesetters Barcelona by some 16 points, all but ending the club's hopes of defending their title.

Despite his obvious love for the club, Zidane is aware that he will not be Real boss forever. "I know that one day this will end. I say it to myself... 'if I have ten days left here, well, make the most of those 10 days'. I know I won't be with Real for 10 years", he admitted.

Time will tell how long Zidane remains in the Bernabeu hot seat, though until his final day comes, Zizou will remain true to his philosophy.
