Georges-Kevin Nkoudou's imminent move to Tottenham Hotspur may be about to collapse following a breakdown in negotiations, according to 'The Guardian'.

The winger was set to move to Spurs for £11m but now the deal may not go through because of a change in the structure of payments offered by Spurs.

French media reported on Tuesday that Spurs chairman Daniel Levy tried to change the structure of payments after former Marseille president sold the club and is now only willing to offer £4.2m up-front.

Marseille are said to want a lot more than the official fee offered by Spurs, but Levy is supposedly at the point of walking away from the deal.

The situation seems to be a difficult one for Nkoudou, who has been in London for three weeks and already completed a medical with the club.
