David Ginola believes Tottenham can go all the way in Europe after their stunning comeback against Juventus on Tuesday.

Mauricio Pochettino's side found themselves 2-0 down after the opening 10 minutes in Turin following a brace from striker Gonzalo Higuain, but battled back through Harry Kane and Christian Eriksen to draw 2-2 in their Round of 16 first leg.

To Ginola, the resilience shown by the team to overturn the two-goal deficit and secure an important draw away from home proved they can compete with Europe's powerhouses.

Speaking on 'TalkSport', the former White Hart Lane star said: "Could Tottenham win the Champions League? Why not?"

"They are in the competition, and they showed last night that they are capable of doing something. They have potential. They have a striker who can score goals, they've got a great goalkeeper, a great manager and overall the team and the shape are good".

"Anything is possible with Spurs. But there are so many great teams in this competition - Manchester City, Paris Saint-Germain and Liverpool are great as well. This season is a very open competition, to say who will win the Champions League this season is very hard to say".

Many would give Tottenham the edge given their two away goals as they have time to perfect the defence ahead of the return leg at Wembley on 7th March.
