Southgate and Martinez make a combined 17 changes for Group G clash
Both Gareth Southgate and Roberto Martinez have made widespread changes to their sides for Thursday's Group G clash between Belgium and England.
After guaranteeing their spots in the knockout stages one game early, both managers opted to rest their stars for the final Group G clash.
The only thing at stake in Kaliningrad is the top spot in the group, so the likes of Harry Kane, Raheem Sterling, Romelu Lukaku and Eden Hazard all drop to the bench.
For England, there are eight changes. In the defence, Trent Alexander-Arnold, Danny Rose, Gary Cahill and Phil Jones replace Kieran Trippier, Ashley Young, Harry Maguire and Kyle Walker.
In the midfield, Eric Dier and Fabian Delph come in for Jordan Henderson and Jesse Lingard, while up top Jamie Vardy and Marcus Rashford lead the line instead of Harry Kane and Raheem Sterling.
