Mislav Orsic has a new team. The striker has switched from Dinamo Zagreb to Southampton after a good World Cup with Croatia.
A new player arrives in the Premier League. It is Mislav Orsic, who has benefited from his good performances in Qatar 2022 to find a new destination, this time in England.
The Croatian winger has signed for bottom-of-the-table Southampton in the Premier League, including a change of manager.
Orsic arrives at the Saints on a two-and-a-half season contract until June 2025 from Dinamo Zagreb. "I am very happy to be here. I think it is a dream for every player to come and play in the Premier League. I am ready, motivated and I hope to help the team to achieve the goals," said Orsic.
The new Southampton player added: "When I came to the facility, it was spectacular. I am sure I will enjoy my time here. The situation at the club is a bit complicated now, but I think we need to stick together. We need to work hard every day and hopefully at the end of the season we will be happy," he added.
