The Argentinian coach has also been in the news this Monday. According to 'El Periódico', the 'Colchonero' coach will lower his salary and end his contract in June 2024.
The same media outlet reported that Simeone will cut his salary from 20 million euros to 16.5 million euros to help the club in a difficult financial moment and reaffirms his commitment for at least one more season.
