Simeone: I made bad decisions in Rostov win
Atletico Madrid won in yesterday's Champions League clash 2-1 against Rostov and Diego Simeone is grateful for this victory.
Diego Simeone admitted that he failed yesterday with his tactics but his squad saved him with their performance. Griezmann scored in the last minutes of the match the winning goal and was, as always, a key player for the Argentine.
"As the coach I made bad decisions," the head coach told reporters.
"I also had bad solutions at different times of the match and I'm hurt by that, very hurt. But fortunately the players knew how to solve the problems.
"Qualifying fills me with pride as an athlete, as a player and because the ways we compete with these players," he explained.
Furthermore he praised his superstar Antoine Griezmann, who socred his side's two goals: "Today Griezmann found the net and the team thanks him because we need his goals".
