On 'Què T'hi Jugues', a programme on 'Cadena SER Catalunya', they have brought to light an alleged rift between Quique Setién, ex-Barcelona manager, and Leo Messi. The Cantabrian reportedly told the number 10 in Vigo that, if he didn't agree with his ways, he could leave the team calmly.

Balaídos witnessed the most bitter night of Setién and Messi. That would have been the end of their relationship.

According to the programme  'Què T'hi Jugues', Setién and Messi crossed unfriendly words in the dressing room. The manager didn't hesitate in showing the player the door.

"If you don't like what I'm telling you, there is the door", would be the message that the Cantabrian, according to this source, said to Leo Messi.

The Argentine didn't reportedly respond to him. He limited himself to gifting him an ironic smile.

The programme of  'Cadena SER Catalunya' explains that the rift came because Messi didn't like the way Setién reproached the squad for the mistakes made against Celta. So he let them know and, from there, the dialectic dispute began.

The match ended in a 2-2 draw and a very angry Setién because of what he saw on the pitch. Messi didn't like the ways of the manager and he thus transmitted it to him.

An alleged rift that comes to light precisely after Setién spoke about Messi in an interview in 'El País'. "He is difficult to manage, he doesn't talk much", he said.
