The legendary Juventus full-back believes that Juventus could buy "other champions" if they sold Pogba for £100m.

Zambrotta does not think that the sale of Pogba would be a disaster for Juventus, who are contemplating a £100m offer from Pogba's former club Manchester United.

The 39-year-old recalls his personal experience when the Turin club sold Zinedine Zidane to Real Madrid.

"I remember when I was playing with Juventus and Zinedine Zidane was there," he told Goal.

"They sold him to Real Madrid for a record fee and with this money they bought [Gianluigi] Buffon, [Lilian] Thuram and [Pavel] Nedved.

"So, even if Juventus have to sell Pogba, they could buy other champions".
