Mohamed Salah, who had to be substituted shortly after the opening half-hour of the FA Cup final against Chelsea, confirmed to 'AS' London correspondent Guillermo Rai that he is fit for the game against Real Madrid in Paris. Jurgen Klopp will therefore be able to count on him for the Champions League.

Mohamed Salah will be in the Champions League final. After being injured in the FA Cup final, in which he lasted just over half an hour, Guillermo Rai, AS London correspondent, questioned him backstage and the Egyptian replied with an enthusiastic "of course!" to whether he looks good for the Paris clash.

"Mo, how are you?" the journalist began, to which the player replied, "Fine". "You're fine, for the final?" the reporter added, to which the player added: "Of course!". His intonation and enthusiastic smile suggest that his coach only changed him as a precaution and that his injury at Wembley was no big deal.

Even so, it would be ideal to wait for the Reds' medical services to examine him in depth this week to know more concretely what his condition is. The Anfield side still have to fight for the Premier League with Manchester City as their great rivals, although more than a few fans already have their minds on reaching the title.

Van Dijk is another Klopp player who ended up bruised against Chelsea. He had to be replaced in extra time by Matip. After extra time, Liverpool were crowned FA Cup winners in a thrilling penalty shoot-out that Tsimikas settled with the seventh and final spot-kick
