The Brazil international forward looks set to be on the move to Spain in January, possibly on loan, as he continues to struggle for competitive minutes in Serie A.

Las Palmas have emerged as a January destination for frustrated Inter forward Gabigol, according to Italian transfer expert Gianluca Di Marzio.

The 20-year-old arrived in Italy amid much fanfare over the summer, penning a five-year contract upon the completion of a switch from Santos.

He went on to help Brazil win gold at the 2016 Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro, but has struggled to make a similar impact at club level.

Gabigol has been restricted to just 16 minutes of Serie A action this season, with his agent admitting that a move elsewhere over the winter is now likely.

Various options have been mooted for the talented South American, but it could be that he heads to Spain and joins the ranks at mid-table La Liga outfit Las Palmas.
