Busquets' future at FC Barcelona is in doubt; therefore, Joan Laporta and the rest of his board will have to look for a guaranteed replacement. One name that has been mentioned is Ruben Neves, who has shown his interest.

Sergio Busquets' poor form in recent weeks has led to people calling for a change in his position. There are several possibilities for the position and one of them is Ruben Neves.

The Portuguese midfielder has made his interest in Barcelona clear: "Who wouldn't want to play for Barcelona? I think that's a common question for all players".

"It is one of the biggest clubs in the world. Of course, it's always a privilege for me to be linked with clubs of that level," Neves told 'Channel 11 television'.

The Wolverhampton Wanderers player will have a great opportunity to make the leap to a big club in Europe, as is the case of the World Cup. In fact, the defensive midfielder is a permanent fixture with the Portugal national team.
