Marcos Rojo and Luke Shaw both took part in full Manchester United training on Tuesday as they step up their recovery from injuries.

Rojo and Shaw have both been out of action since April, with the former rupturing his anterior cruciate ligament in the Europa League and the latter limping off in United's Premier League draw with Swansea.

The defensive duo both trained with the Red Devils squad as they continue their preparations for Wednesday evening's Champions League clash against Benfica in Portugal.

However, Mourinho has confirmed that Rojo will play no part in tomorrow's encounter.

"Rojo is not coming to play but he is coming with the team to train today with the group," Mourinho told MUTV. "Tomorrow, individually, but he's coming [back]. I would say, probably in two weeks, Marcos is ready to play."

Shaw, meanwhile, managed a full 90 minutes for United's reserve team against West Ham on Sunday, but still travelled with the squad to Lisbon.
