The Belgian Federation have refused a licence for KSV Roeselare, currently 2nd bottom of the Belgian Second Division, to play in the league next season. They will go down to the First Amateur league (third tier). Their place could be taken by RC Seraing.

KSV Roeselare have been relegated due to debts. The Flemish side haven't managed to get out of the federal suspension and will play in the First Amateur league next season.

The Belgian Federation have revoked Roeselare's licence, and the side 2nd bottom of the 2nd tier will automatically come bottom, regardless of how the tournament ends, even if it does so without relegation.

Their spot could be taken by Seraing, 3rd in the First Amateur league when Belgian football was suspended.
