Robert Lewandowski was the main talking point in Barcelona's training session this Monday. The Polish striker participated in part of the session and is expected to be available for the match against Levante.

Striker Robert Lewandowski, who missed Barcelona's 0-3 victory over Mallorca on the opening day of LaLiga EA Sports due to discomfort in his left hamstring, has participated in part of Sunday's training session with the rest of the squad.

The Polish international, who also missed the Joan Gamper Trophy due to the same issue and had been training individually in the preceding days, took another step forward in his recovery process and worked with the players who either didn't play or had limited involvement on Saturday night at Son Moix.

In contrast, players with greater match minutes trained separately in a recovery session led by coach Hansi Flick at the Joan Gamper Sports City facilities.

Barcelona will rest on Monday and return to training on Tuesday, with their sights set on Saturday's away fixture against Levante in the second round of LaLiga EA Sports.
