Ritchie struck from outside the box against Southampton
Matt Ritchie made it 3-0 to Newcastle against Southampton in the second half of Saturday's Premier League clash, with a sweet strike from outside the box.
Ritchie scored in the 57th minute of the game at St James's Park, making it 3-0 to the home side.
He received the ball from Jonjo Shelvey in acres of space, about 20 yards out. He then struck a nice low shot towards the left post, which proved too much for Fraser Forster to stop. The goal sealed his side's key victory over Southampton, as the 'Magpies' fight to avoid relegation.
