Dani Ceballos spoke about a possible return to Real Madrid. The midfielder on loan at Arsenal confirmed to ' The Sun ' that if Madrid were to call him back, he would be delighted, but pointed out that the decision would depend on ' the president and the coach '.

Real Madrid sent Dani Ceballos back to Arsenal, where he might be convincing them under Mikel Arteta. This season he has played 13 matches, seven of them as a starter, and seems to be at ease at the Emirates Stadium.

His start at Arsenal was not easy with Unai Emery, but he eventually managed to find his feet.

"Last year I was happy at Arsenal and we reached an agreement with Real Madrid to stay for another year. There is no problem because we all understood that it was the best thing for my future," explained Ceballos about his continued role.

He says he would be delighted to return to the Bernabeu, but it is not up to him: "I have a contract with Real Madrid for the next three years and I am not the only one who decides. It also depends on the president and the coach but nobody can turn down playing for Real Madrid".

Finally, he praised his team and revealed the great things that his team-mate Mesut Özil speaks about: "The Bernabeu is the Mecca of football. You can ask Özil, who always says that Real Madrid is the best club in the world. To wear that badge is the dream and goal of 99% of players".
